Srivatsan R.

I build AI-powered learning tools and interactive training systems. These days, most of my work is around RAG, AI coaches, roleplay simulations, assessment tools, and custom learning applications. I work hands-on with Python, APIs, LLMs, web technologies, and applied machine learning. I didn’t come into this from pure software engineering. I spent years in learning design, game design, and enterprise training before moving deeper into applied AI. That background is useful when the AI is being built for actual learners rather than as a demo. I’ve worked on everything from Storyline and Unity experiences to AI roleplays and knowledge assistants. I also spent three years leading learning experience and game design work at AB InBev. I’m a six-time Brandon Hall Award winner, and on Upwork I’m Top Rated Plus with 100% Job Success, $40K+ earned, and 1,700+ hours completed. I’m usually a good fit when a project involves: RAG or knowledge-based assistants AI coaching or roleplay custom AI learning tools interactive simulations or gamified learning prototypes that need both technical development and learning-design thinking If your project sits somewhere between AI product development and learning experience design, that’s probably where I can be most useful.
