Faith O.

I’m an Operations Lead and Senior Project Manager specializing in bringing order, structure, and execution to fast-moving environments. My background spans technical program management, operational strategy, and system implementations. I take complex initiatives with multiple moving parts, hard deadlines, and varied stakeholders, and turn them into clear, predictable processes that run smoothly. Where I add value: *Project & Portfolio Delivery: Building master timelines, setting firm milestones, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned so deliverables hit on schedule. *Operations & Systems: Setting up standard operating procedures (SOPs), cleaning up messy workflows, and configuring PM tools like ClickUp, Monday. com, Jira, Smartsheet, and custom Excel models. *Budget & Vendor Oversight: Managing project spend, tracking P&L, coordinating vendor contracts and COIs, and flagging budget issues before they happen. *Turnaround & Project Recovery: Stepping into stalled or high-risk projects, restructuring resources and scope, and bringing them back on track. *Executive & Daily Operations Support: Inbox and calendar management, service vendor coordination, and custom reporting to help leaders reclaim their time. I rely on clear data, solid communication, and strict attention to detail.
