I am a Brazilian lawyer (OAB/SP 434.463) with an LL.M. in U.S. Law from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, and I help technology companies sign, review and enforce contracts in Brazil. Since 2017 I have worked in litigation at a São Paulo law firm, as in-house counsel at Simpress (HP) and as a global contracts specialist at Parexel, negotiating with clients and vendors across the Americas and Europe. Today I work with Qualcomm as a Contracts Specialist (Consultant). I am also a co-author of a book on international law and the author of its chapter on smart contracts and blockchain.
