Recent work includes: - Leading an operational transformation for a regulated payments business, including the operating model, management responsibilities, KPIs, ClickUp workflows, leadership development and 2027 strategy. - Rebuilding revenue reporting and operational visibility for a consultancy, covering pipeline conversion, sales performance, delivery capacity and management reporting. - Building inventory forecasting and supplier-management systems for an ecommerce business, reducing forecast error to approximately 1%. - Creating client-delivery workflows, financial reporting and team-accountability systems for growing agencies. - Supporting founders with business planning, financial modelling, positioning, organisational design and senior recruitment.
