Karen Rose A.

Hi, I’m Karen from the Philippines. I’m a Digital Operations Specialist with nearly three years of experience helping online businesses run smoothly and actually enjoy the process of growing. I handle everything from marketing and social media to admin and project management, and I love finding ways to make it all feel effortless. I started as an E-commerce Virtual Assistant, learning the ins and outs of online business from managing products to keeping daily operations organized. It was fast-paced and sometimes challenging, but I loved seeing how small actions behind the scenes could make a big impact. Later, I worked as a Digital Marketing VA at Outsource Doers, strengthening my skills in content, branding, and systems, and discovering a knack for turning ideas into strategies that actually work. Most recently, I was a Project Manager VA for an online coaching business, keeping tasks on track and making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Along the way, I also stepped into Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager roles, supporting business owners not just with tasks but with clarity, structure, and a little extra peace of mind. I enjoy blending creativity with organization, helping businesses look good online while their operations stay stress-free. With a background in Business Administration and Human Resources, I bring attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive mindset to every project. My goal is to help businesses not just survive but grow confidently, with smart systems, effective marketing, and reliable support behind the scenes.
