IRS Representation and Consulting for complex tax issues.

I help taxpayers with complex IRS tax issues. First rule, DON'T tell the IRS anything before getting professional advise. No one "wants" to communicate with the IRS or should they. Communicating with the IRS is intimidating and stressful, after all you're only dealing with them because somethings gone wrong. Not to mention the ridiculous hold times or being transferred to another department just to be disconnected. What about being asked to do something that you know is not realistic or being forced to respond to dates that don't give you enough time? The IRS is not your friend, they are a collection agency, period. The're only interest is to get you to do something that benefits them. They're not interested in your story and rarely offer advice on any alternate resolution options. Calling the IRS on your own could result in the IRS pressuring you into committing to do something that you cannot reasonably achieve, and they could set unrealistic response dates. For nearly 20 years I have represented or coached taxpayer with all sorts of tax issues. As an *Enrolled Agent who specializes in Tax Resolution, I have the training and experience to resolve your IRS issues. Resolution programs including Full Pay and Less Than Full Pay programs (Currently Not Collectable, Offer In Compromise and Partial Payment Installment Agreement), Penalty Abatements, Back Taxes, Hardship programs, as well as resolving disputes and more. Perhaps, some solutions that you didn't even know existed. *Enrolled Agent (EA) - someone who has been enrolled by the Department of the Treasury to assist taxpayers in front of the IRS. EA's can represent the taxpayer with all tax matters except for Tax Court, the same as a CPA or a Tax Attorney and in some cases, EA's are better suited to represent you. EA's are the only professionals that can represent you from anywhere and don't require State licensing. Not all EA's are the same. Find one that specializes in "Tax Resolution" as a full time job. Β  Before you hire anyone, including me, I suggest that you message me your story and let me give you a FREE Upwork Zoom consultation with no obligation. Describe your situation, letter or notice that you received. You can ask me anything and hopefully be more informed on what the resolution process is and your potential options. Should you want to continue with me this is the proess. 1. INVESTIGATION. I get a Power of Attorney to gain access to your transcripts. 2. EVALUATION. I evaluate the IRS's position and yours. 3. PLAN. We discuss your resolution options and make a plan to resolve the issue. 4. EXECUTE. I communicate with the IRS, prepare and submit all required documents. 5. FOLOW UP. I stay with you from start to finish making sure that the IRS follows the agreement. Examples of what can I do for you? - Work on complex tax issues. - Stop or suspend an IRS action. Sometimes a taxpayer needs more time to prepare a document or to figure things out. Your entitled to due process which may provide you months of holding the IRS off. - Prepare and submit Installment Agreements, Currently Not Collectable, OIC's and the Fresh Start Initiative agreements. - I find out the Statutes of Limitations as it pertains to your resolution. - Work with the Taxpayers Advocate Service (TAS) to resolve difficult issues. - Offer advice / consulting. Reviewing and analyzing your issue to understand your resolution options. - Call the IRS for you. An EA can contact a higher level of customer service for better service. - Correspond to a letter or notice. Don't ignore a letter or notice, they're a key to a better resolution. - Acquire and analysis your transcripts so to understand what the IRS knows and what their up to. - Negotiate for you. - Preparing forms and submitting documents and getting them to the right departments. - Penalty Abatement. IRS Penalties can be financially painful. Many taxpayers don't know that some penalties can be abated. - Getting lost W-2's, 1099's or other reported forms. - More. I am an Experienced Tax Resolution Specialist. My expertise is in resolving all kinds of tax issues. I do prepare tax returns as part of the resolution process but not as a seasonal preparer. Let's talk, no consultation fee and no obligation. Many projects are a long term relationship, many times over a year. I prefer to have a free UpWork free consultation so that you can ask me anything before you hire me. I want you to feel comfortable with me and the process. My fees are a flat fee based on the resolution option that works for you. All fees are discussed upfront.
