I've been working in customer service since 2017, doing different jobs like collecting debts, helping customers, handling billing and healthcare services. 📞💼 These roles have given me a good understanding of how cs work. One of the highlights of my career has been working with big American companies in healthcare and banking. 🏥🏦 This experience has taught me a lot about how these industries operate and what customers expect. Working with these companies has been a big opportunity for me. 🌟 In addition to my customer service work, I've also been an English and Spanish teacher. 📚🗣️ This has improved my communication skills and made me more aware of different cultures. These experiences have given me valuable insights that help me work well with customers and colleagues. 👥🌎
