Goran S.

I'm a creative and driven writer and stand-up comic from Ontario, Canada. I've been pursuing my passion of comedy for over six years - featuring for some of Canada’s top comedians, headlining local events and festivals, writing screenplays, and Directing/Producing short films. My films have been accepted into multiple film festivals, and my screenplays are ranked highly on leading industry websites. In addition to film, I've been expanding into new media and animation. As a comedian, word economy is the game. Keeping the audience locked-in and laughing, with no wasted words. This "trimming of the fat" has brought me success in all my writing. Respecting the audience's time; translates into engaging content across all genres. Comedy was just my "foot in the door". I’m a storyteller at heart, and each new medium provides an opportunity to be creative and connect with an audience in a new format. I'm looking to branch out and freelance as an opportunity to dive into new projects and grow whilst helping others create exciting and engaging content for their projects.
