Valentina A.

I'm an international sourcer with an inbound marketing and project management background. Passionate about sourcing sales-related roles, however, I also enjoy more strategic sourcing where I can use creative booleans and keywords. I love working in startups and managing my own time, as I'm a goal-oriented person! Currently focused on technical recruitment and sourcing, and carrying out first interviews with candidates, while being present during their entire recruitment process. Constant collaboration with Talent Coordination team, recruiters, hiring managers, and different stakeholders.
