I am interested in the Truck Dispatcher, Customer Service Representative, and Admin Support position. I already have an experience as a Virtual Assistant for almost 5 years. My experience comes from Logistics, eCommerce, hotel booking, and NSWF Industry. I was already used to having a graveyard shift. Aside from that, I have already experienced working both in non-voice and voice accounts, including email, chat, and phone support. I believe that I am a good fit since I am a very positive person, creative, initiative, and hardworking and I am also resilient which means that I could deal with different scenarios as when required.
