Gil Benedict C.

I’m a Full Stack and SaaS Developer specializing in building production-grade applications used in real-world environments. I’ve worked with international clients as a Backend Engineer, designing and maintaining scalable systems that handle onboarding, payments, workflows, and multi-tenant data. My focus is on building software that is reliable, maintainable, and designed to scale as usage grows. On the backend, I specialize in Node.js (Express, NestJS) and PostgreSQL, building APIs, services, and data models that prioritize performance, clarity, and long-term stability. I’ve implemented authentication systems, webhook-driven integrations, background job processing, and structured data flows that support complex business logic. My approach emphasizes clean architecture, strong data integrity, and predictable system behavior in production. As a full-stack developer, I also build responsive frontend applications using React, translating Figma designs into functional, user-friendly interfaces. I ensure that frontend and backend systems are tightly aligned, allowing for smooth user experiences and consistent data flow across the application. This full ownership helps reduce friction and ensures faster, more reliable delivery. I’ve built and contributed to SaaS platforms across domains such as commerce, operations, and internal tooling — including systems for booking workflows, inventory and product management, billing lifecycles, and customer communication. I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments where requirements evolve, and I focus on delivering clean, well-structured solutions that can adapt over time. My goal is not just to ship features, but to build systems that are stable in production, scalable by design, and easy to maintain as they grow.
