Microsoft Fabric & AI Workflows Engineer | Copilot Studio | Power BI
I make Microsoft Fabric ready for AI, then build the AI workflows that run on top of it. Most AI projects fail on the data, not the model. Before any copilot or agent touches your data, I make sure the foundation is right: a clean lakehouse and medallion layers, well-documented semantic models with clear business definitions, row-level security and governance, and data quality checks the AI can trust. That's the difference between an assistant that gives your team real answers and one that confidently makes things up. On that foundation I build: - AI workflows in Microsoft Fabric: data agents, Copilot in Fabric and Power BI, notebooks that call LLMs in pipelines - Copilot Studio agents connected to your data, documents and business processes - Custom AI solutions (Python, Azure OpenAI, APIs) when off-the-shelf Copilot isn't enough - Migration of legacy/Azure analytics into Fabric (lakehouse, pipelines, semantic models) - Power BI models, DAX and Power Query built for performance and governance - Fabric and Copilot enablement for analyst teams Microsoft Certified Power BI/Fabric engineer with 20+ years in strategy and analytics leadership, including global data analytics management at a Fortune 500 company. MBA (Insper). I start from the business question, not from the tool. Remote from Brazil (UTC-3), overlapping US business hours. English and Portuguese fluent, Spanish conversational.
