Nika Z.

My background combines operations, project management, manufacturing, supply chain, hardware, and software delivery. I’m most useful when ownership is unclear, information is scattered, or a process needs to be built or fixed. I can help with: • Operations and cross-functional project management • Software and technical project delivery • Manufacturing and hardware projects • Supplier, procurement, 3PL and logistics coordination • Process mapping and workflow improvement • Jira, Scrum and Kanban optimization • SOPs, trackers, reporting and operational documentation A few examples: • Built procurement and international supply operations from scratch for a hardware startup, coordinating 20+ suppliers, China-based manufacturing, certification, US warehousing, Amazon FBA and returns. • Managed software and e-commerce delivery across developers and business stakeholders. • Redesigned one team’s workflow from Scrum to Kanban, reducing recurring meetings from five to two per week and planning overhead by about 30%. • Reduced raw-material costs by 14% and logistics costs by 18% in manufacturing. I’m comfortable working with founders, engineers, developers, operations teams and suppliers, and I’m equally happy designing the process or doing the hands-on work needed to make it run. If something currently works mostly because someone remembers what needs to happen next, that’s usually the kind of problem I enjoy solving.
