I have over 35 years of experience in accounting, having worked as a Senior Accounting Manager at Beiser Trucking and an Accounting Administrator at The Phoenix Group Holding Company. My core competencies include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements and reports, reconciling bank accounts, and overseeing payroll and taxes. I also have strong, proven expertise in QuickBooks (online and desktop), Sage 50 Premium, and Microsoft Outlook. This knowledge helps me streamline and automate accounting processes and workflows. Additionally, I have a passion for organizing and hosting events, such as fundraisers, seminars, and conferences, to promote the company's brand and services. I have been the go-to for all things grammar/editing for business and personal. I am an avid reader, book reviewer, writer, and I enjoy the editing and review processes.
