There are three strands to my DNA: I am a Certified, Accredited business and executive coach and organizational psychologist, I help owners and upper executives create environments conducive to innovation, while avoiding burnout, stress and anxiety. I have worked with many small businesses as well as N.A.S.A., The Virgin Group, Lloyds Bank and The Smithsonian. I am a former journalist, editor and best-selling author, with two successful books of my own and others ghost written, plus chapters and articles contributed to publications including Harvard Business Review. Writing has always been a passion of mine! My Social Psychology PhD has guided research into creativity, and associated neuroscience and the concept of Spherical Thinking® that is central to my Banish Burnout programs. These swiftly resolve burnout and build resilience and emotional intelligence, and are also crucial to creating environments conducive to innovation. As the Visiting Professor of Creativity and Entrepreneurship at the Newport Business School, I have designed executive development programs for The Virgin Group, Lloyds Bank, The Smithsonian, NASA and many other organizations. 'Growth through better decision making' is my goal for both your life and your business.
