I'm an operations consultant who works with small and mid-size teams to build the systems they need but haven't had time to set up themselves. Most of my clients are running growing businesses where the owner is still the operational bottleneck, processes live in people's heads instead of documented workflows, and things are getting dropped because there's no real structure underneath. I help fix that. My work usually involves some combination of defining roles and decision-making authority, building operational workflows, automating repetitive processes, and creating SOPs and onboarding documentation that the team can actually use after I'm gone. I work across platforms like Airtable, Make, GHL, Zapier, n8n, Google Workspace, Notion, Softr, and Stripe, and I use Claude AI daily as a core part of how I build and problem-solve. But the software is just a delivery mechanism. What I'm really building is the system underneath: who owns what, what triggers what, where information lives, and how to keep it as simple as possible while removing unnecessary work. I pick the simplest setup that actually holds up, not the most impressive-looking one. I've worked across construction, legal tech, digital products, and property management. I pick up new industries and new tools quickly, and I genuinely like doing it. Figuring out how an unfamiliar business works and then finding the simplest way to make it run better is the part of this work I find most interesting.
