What I do: size guides and fit details on the product page, mobile-first layouts, and clear shipping and returns info before checkout. JEWELRY The problem: high prices and doubt about quality and size. What I do: clean product pages built for close-up photos and video, sizing and scale guidance, and trust details (materials, warranty, returns) next to the buy button. SKINCARE & COSMETICS The problem: buyers can’t test the product, so they need proof. What I do: product pages that put reviews, ingredients, before-and-after photos, and certifications right where buyers look. HAIR EXTENSIONS The problem: shade matching, and fear of fake hair. What I do: shade and texture guides, clear product details (type, length, weight), reviews, and trust badges. CHECKOUT (ALL BRANDS) The problem: surprise costs, unclear delivery times, and a long checkout. What I do: show shipping costs and delivery times early, add a free-shipping bar, set up guest checkout and Shop Pay, and make your returns policy easy to find.
