I have over 30 years in the construction and facilities management field, very well versed in Operating Budgets and Capital Budget planning and execution. I've developed numerous projects and programs from identifying the need, prioritization, scope and cost development, through design and construction. I understand the need for long term planning and being able to implement plans into projects. I understand the Design Professionals roles and responsibilities, as well as the Owner and Construction Manager roles. I'm looking for a role in either of these areas where I can lead or participate in project planning, development and /or execution. I spent a considerable amount of my career working for government agencies.
