Adaeze Lilian M.

Hi, I'm Lilian, your behind-the-scenes operations partner. Every founder needs someone holding the systems together while they focus on the business out front That’s where I come in. I am a strategic Project Manager, and Business Operations Specialist who helps founders and growing teams stay organized, streamline workflows, and keep projects moving forward without things falling through the cracks. For over 5 years, I’ve supported founders and teams by bringing structure to their operations, improving task visibility, and building systems that make day-to-day execution smoother. I support businesses by helping them: — Manage projects and keep tasks moving across teams — Organize operations and improve workflow structure — Build and optimize ClickUp and Monday workspaces — Automate repetitive processes using Zapier and Make — Improve task tracking, deadlines, and accountability — Create SOPs and process documentation — Support team coordination and operational efficiency If you're experiencing: • Missed deadlines • Disorganized task management • Manual processes slowing your team down • Lack of visibility across projects • Growth without operational structure I can help bring clarity and structure to your operations. How I typically support clients -- Executive Support & Project Coordination -- Business Operations & Workflow Organization -- ClickUp & Monday Workspace Setup -- Workflow Automation & Process Improvement --KPI Tracking & Operational Reporting I don’t just manage tasks, I help build organized systems and workflows that allow businesses to operate more efficiently as they grow. If you're looking for someone who can help support operations, coordinate projects, and bring structure to your workflows, feel free to send a message.
