Austen holds a Florida Certified General Contractors (CGC) license in the state of Florida, with reciprocity in Louisiana, North Carolina, and Mississippi. Austen has also obtained a PMP accreditation from the Project Management Institute. He has eleven years of experience in program and project management, cost management and estimation, engineering, due diligence and preliminary design, real estate development, and construction management / monitoring services. During his career, Austen has acted both from a general contractor and from a client perspective. Austen brings a cross-functional career experience to The Kugler Group, and welcomes the idea of collaborating and working with the best minds, the highest profile clients, and the most challenging but rewarding projects in the consulting industry.
