As a Construction Manager I have had the pleasure of leading small and major projects both in the field and in the office.I have successfully overseen and directed all stages of the construction project life cycle, from initiation to project close out. Some of my achievements include: I have touched each of its a majority of its subfields Commercial, residential and Commercial remodels . Coordinating and supervising the work of over subcontractors and vendors on renovation projects this included brokering contracts evaluating and preparing estimates with both GC's and Subcontractors alike, procurement and project scheduling. I have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. I am adept at collaborating with various stakeholders, such as clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory personnel.
