Houda B.

Hi there! I’m Houda, a Technical Project Manager and Operations Lead specializing in large-scale international conferences. With a Master’s in Software Engineering, I bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and seamless event execution. My experience is rooted in high-stakes environments: - Conference Operations: I have led technical operations for major industrial summits in the energy and technology sectors, including nuclear and clean fuel events. - Project Leadership: I served as a Project Manager for a team of developers, where I was responsible for translating complex requirements into actionable timelines and ensuring technical milestones were met with precision. - End-to-End Management: From coordinating speakers to producing comprehensive Records of Proceedings, I ensure every technical and operational detail is handled. - Global Operations & Scale: With over 2,200 hours logged on a single long-term contract and extensive experience leading projects for EU, UK, and Canadian clients, I am an expert at managing high-stakes communication and operational clarity across multiple time zones. I don’t just support teams; I structure them. My goal is to provide the technical oversight and project management expertise needed to ensure your event runs flawlessly from the first planning meeting to the final session. If you need a leader who understands both the people and the technology behind your next project, let’s connect.
