I am an intellectual property attorney with fifteen years of professional experience preparing and prosecuting electrical and software patent applications, and six years preparing and prosecuting trademarks. I graduated from The George Washington University Law School and am a member of the Virginia State Bar and the DC Bar. I am also registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office and the Supreme Court of the United States. In patent matters, I have prosecuted applications in fields including software, artificial intelligence, hardware and circuits, networks, electronics, optics, medical devices, and mechanical engineering. In trademark matters, I have prepared and prosecuted a variety of applications for registration, advising clients on the proper use of their marks in accordance with the law.
