Most AI training leaves your team with plenty of ideas and no wins on the board. Nobody explains how the pieces connect, so people see no benefit by next week and go back to their old ways. L&D trainers don't write code, and most technical experts can't teach. I do both. I have a Master's in AI (KIT, Germany) and 12+ years in tech, and I have coded since age 11. I started at SAP and Microsoft in Germany and Czech Republic, then co-founded startups in London. Today I automate most of my own work with Claude, Codex, and tools I build myself. That corporate, cross-cultural background shapes how I teach non-technical teams to consistently use AI. I don't train your team on a tool or a trend. I train their "figure-it-out" ability. Every AI tool runs on the same few building blocks: a model, your instructions, and the information it sees through files, connectors, and integrations. There is no magic behind it. Once people see the blocks, ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot stop being separate tools to learn. They start asking "could AI do this?" and find the answer themselves, even when the next tool comes out. Before I design anything, I talk to your managers and team members to learn where the friction is. Those conversations become the curriculum. Every session gives people something they can use tomorrow, built on real tasks from their own jobs. I address what most programs skip: confidence gaps, resistance to change, and the judgment to know when not to use AI.
