Jozette S.

I am a Zoho expert, with a background in Business Analysis, Agile, Data Analysis, Change Management, Technical Training, & Technical Documentation, and small businesses. I have a reputation for my precise attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly to all audiences. My greatest strength is being able to take a complex issue and synthesize it into something that everyone can understand and take action on. Whether you need to revamp an existing process for your business, need some help organizing the path forward for an overwhelming project, or would like to write some clear requirements for a developer team, I can help with that. I also have a background in technical training and documentation, so I can help you communicate a new process to your staff with ease and accuracy. I have worked with a number of small businesses in the past, so that is my bread and butter. I understand the resourcing challenges of a small business, and I have some great ideas for potential solutions. I have worked extensively with the entire Zoho suite of products, including Zoho CRM. I also have implemented over 15 different Project Management software for small businesses in the past. I am passionate about helping female entrepreneurs find success in their business. I also love digging into new technologies and software to understand how they can help small businesses thrive.
