Muhammad J.

I help property owners and property management teams streamline leasing operations, tenant communication, and day-to-day property management using Buildium and proven workflow systems. With more than two years of hands-on experience in residential property management, I’ve worked across the full leasing lifecycle from lead management and tenant screening to move-ins, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and lease enforcement. I started in delinquency and consistently maintained 90%+ monthly rent collection through structured follow-ups and tenant communication. From there, I expanded into maintenance coordination and workflow management, where I improved task efficiency by implementing structured approval processes, vendor coordination, and documentation systems. Today, I handle end-to-end property management tasks, including: * Tenant communication, notices, and lease enforcement * Leasing coordination, showings, and application processing * Tenant screening (credit, income, employment, landlord verification) * Maintenance coordination (estimates, approvals, completion tracking) * Rent tracking and ledger support in Buildium * Lead follow-up and occupancy support I am highly experienced with Buildium, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and multiple listing platforms such as Zillow, Kijiji, Rentals.ca, Facebook Marketplace, and RentHQ. My focus is simple: help property owners reduce vacancy, improve tenant experience, and keep operations organized and predictable.
