From 2012 to 2018, I handled voice and nonvoice accounts as a customer service representative for a BPO company, TaskUs, and iQor. I have experience in receipt transcription, financial analysis, and record keeping, and I worked at Expensify, a software company that develops an expense management system for personal and business use. I worked at JustEat, an online food order and delivery platform, and transcribed menus for various restaurants and cafes. I also provide administrative assistance, content moderation, data entry and analysis, and voice and non-voice campaigns. I have also undergone training in email support, chat support jobs, and customer inbound marketing for T-Mobile. From 2019 to the present, I've been an administrative assistant for GOB (Gardens of Babylon) and AllEther. I also completed data annotation jobs focusing on healthcare facilities, such as homes for the aged and hospitals, starting in October 2025. I'm a fast learner and detail-oriented person.
