Cameron James H.

Senior Microsoft specialist focused on Azure, Entra and Microsoft 365. I’m brought in for migrations, full environment builds, and rebuilding inefficient or broken environments. I’m a Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer with 15+ years of experience delivering Microsoft-focused environments across Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender and Teams. My work covers the full lifecycle — setup, migration, security and administration — with a focus on building environments that are structured, secure and easy to operate. I’ve supported organisations including BT, N-able and the University of Dundee, and was part of a Stevie Award–winning technical support team. Core work: - Microsoft 365 & Entra migrations — tenant builds, domain and mailbox migrations, and full transitions from on-prem or legacy environments - Azure / Entra — setup, configuration and administration - Endpoint management — Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager and application deployment - Security — Defender, identity protection and secure baseline implementation - Environment modernisation — design and delivery of Microsoft-first infrastructure - Automation and insight — Power BI and Copilot (plus a host of other AI tools, constantly evolving) - Team capability — hiring helpdesk engineers, creating technical assessments and conducting interviews I work independently, take ownership of delivery, and focus on leaving environments stable, well-structured and easy to manage. Most engagements are short-term and outcome-focused. If you need a specialist to deliver a migration, build out a new environment, or stabilise an existing one — get in touch.
