What I take off your plate: ✅ Scheduling, dispatching, and route coordination ✅ Estimates, quotes, and invoicing ✅ Inbound/outbound calls, customer support and follow-ups (English & Spanish) ✅ Lead follow-up and appointment setting ✅ CRM and job-software management Tools I already work in (zero ramp-up): Field service: Jobber, Housecall Pro, AccuLynx, Field Routes, Workiz, Launch27, ScheduleDrop CRM / automation: GoHighLevel, Cilio I also have experience as a patient coordinator and appointment setter for a medical office, so I'm comfortable with high-volume, detail-sensitive scheduling. You hand off the operational load, and I run it reliably from day one. Send me a message with where your back office is slowing you down and I'll tell you how I'd fix it. I also have experience as a Bilingual recruiter (English/Spanish) recruited and screened cleaners in two different cleaning companies , for residential / commercial / janitorial positions. At Oasis I also worked for almost 3 years coordinating crews, schedules, attendance, and last-minute absences. That gave me a clear picture of what makes a reliable cleaner, which helps me screen for it from the first call.
