Technical Virtual Assistant | Support, Ops, SOPs & AI Workflows

I handle support queues, documentation, and back-office operations for growing teams. I started in tech support at Microsoft and HP, and for the last 18 years I've run my own data-heavy services business, handling bulk processing, quality control, shipping logistics, vendor sourcing, and contractor coordination. If your team has a growing ticket backlog, outdated docs, or a process only one person knows how to run, that's the work I take over. At Microsoft I worked in Developer Support and adCenter support—routing cases, analyzing logs, and building KB templates. Several of my process recommendations were adopted organization-wide. At HP I wrote knowledge base content for Microsoft's helpdesk contract. The habits stuck: answer clearly, stick to the procedure, make the procedure better, and write down what worked. What I can take on: • Support: ticket triage, inbox management, escalation routing, and clear written customer communication • Documentation: KB articles, SOPs, onboarding guides, and docs-as-code in Markdown • Back office & purchasing: data processing, records, scheduling, vendor sourcing, order and shipping logistics, contractor coordination • AI & workflow optimization: prompt engineering, LLM output evaluation, and small automations for repetitive tasks. Completed 200+ hours of AI model training support on Upwork with a 5.0 rating Technical comfort: I am an operations specialist who is comfortable in a Linux terminal, writes shell scripts, and can read or modify Python and JavaScript. I use Cursor to build small tools that cut out manual data entry, and I document them so nobody is stuck guessing how they work later. Tools: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, advanced spreadsheets, Markdown, Linux CLI, shell scripting, Python, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor How I work: U.S.-based (Pacific Time). Remote, open to ongoing contracts up to 40 hours/week. Async-first. I send written updates without being asked and flag potential issues early. If there's a routine task or support backlog eating up your week, send me a message and I'll tell you how I'd handle it.
