I’m an experienced Operations and Team Management professional with a background in sales, customer service, recruitment, HR, team management and client communication. I’ve managed teams, handled recruitment and interviews, worked with leads and customers, supported and closed sales, created SOPs and processes, managed day-to-day operations and dealt directly with clients. I’m comfortable taking ownership, managing people, keeping teams accountable, solving problems and making sure things move forward. I’ve worked across different areas of a business, so I understand both the people side and the business side. I’m organised, confident, commercially minded and very comfortable communicating with people, whether I’m managing a team, speaking to a client, following up on a lead or dealing with an operational issue.
