John Rey V.

I am enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individual who has over 5 years of experience giving professional, efficient, and high quality service. I started as an agent for 3 years providing the best customer experience and eventually got promoted to a Team Leader for 2 years handling 12-14 agents assist our customer via email and chat. I am skilled in communicating with clients over chat and email using Helpshift, Zendesk, Dixa, and am eager to learn to use any tools that will help me get the job done well. I love to draw in my free time, that's why I'm here to improve my art and skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc. I'm looking forward to working with you!
