Matthew M.

I'm Matthew, and I would love to track drums for your next record. I've been playing the drums since I was 11 years old. While I am primarily a drummer, my musical background is very broad, spanning from violin in the 4th grade, to Upright Bass, electric bass and drums in the 7th grade, to guitar and vocals in high school. I am proficient as a musician in the areas of theory, strings, percussion, and vocals. I've played in Symphony Orchestras, Chamber Choirs, and bands from Classic Rock, Indie Rock, Heavy Metal, Reggae, Country, and Funk/Pop. My eclectic musical background lends me the perspective of all aspects of songwriting and performance, which allows me to take a step outside of solely the drummer's perspective and think about compositions from various perspectives. Fully equipped with a home studio I am able to offer studio-grade drum recordings, or MIDI files from an electronic drum performance, giving you the maximum flexibility for editing and drum tones.
