Jared B.
Senior GTM & RevOps Engineer
I build AI-native GTM & RevOps systems in code, running parallel agents and loop engineering so every workflow improves itself with each run. 👨💻 15 years in revenue. I started in enterprise sales at Marriott managing a £6.9M portfolio, ran business development teams for a decade, then moved into GTM engineering after watching too much pipeline die in broken processes and tools nobody had joined up. Systems I've built have contributed £4.2B+ in pipeline across enterprise and growth-stage companies, B2B and B2C. How I work 🔧 I run several Claude Code sessions in parallel through Conductor, each on its own branch, so a signal engine, an enrichment waterfall and a client portal get built at the same time. Cursor is where I review and refine the code, with Codex and GitHub Copilot as a second pair of eyes. Every workflow lives in GitHub. Claude Code orchestrates the whole stack through skills and MCP servers. It plans the work, writes the scripts and runs them against live data. Trigger.dev and Inngest handle queues, retries, rate limits and schedules. Supabase Postgres holds every record. Railway and Vercel host the services and apps. One rule runs through all of it. The model makes the decisions and code does the row work. Claude sees the schema, a sample and the counts, then writes the script, so token cost stays flat as lists grow and every result can be traced, rerun and handed over. Recent results 📊 - Signal engine. 23% reply rate against a 0.8% cold baseline, adding £1.4M in pipeline in five months - Clay to code migration. Email coverage from 41% to 94%, data costs down 78% - Speed-to-lead agent. First touch in under 60 seconds, lead-to-meeting conversion from 2% to 27% - Deal risk agent. Forecast accuracy from 31% to 88%, £640K of stalled pipeline recovered in a quarter Working with me 👷♂️ Fractional engagements for B2B and B2C teams that want GTM systems they own, and senior AI GTM engineering roles. I post about GTM and RevOps engineering, the stacks that work and the ones that don't, lessons from building a business, and the odd bit of music, travel and food.
