Advising and aiding “Quick Response Teams” in solving major critical incidents related to business critical systems. Availability and Security Maintaining system availability under strict change process and tough SLA as well as handling sensitive and confidential data in “information lifecycle” process. Currently, my primary focus lies on the cloud where I specialize in cloud engineering, system administration, business support and requirements discovery.
