I have been working as a Freelance Content Writer for more than 7 years. My strong research skills have enabled me to tackle a wide variety of topics, from motoring, water sports, and home decor to senior care, productivity, and travelling. I thrive on creating articles that convey information to target audiences in an engaging, helpful, and clear way. After a successful career in finance, I relocated from London to Dahab, a small town on the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt, for a different pace of life. After working for a while as a SCUBA diving professional, I invested in a small hotel. It was while working in hospitality that I began writing blog posts. Drawing on my experience in the hospitality industry and as a Brit living abroad, my articles focused on travel and the issues affecting expatriates. After 15 years, I relinquished my share in the hotel and turned to writing full-time. A chance encounter offered me the opportunity to research and write about many other topics, including home improvements, food, productivity, and the automotive industry. In 2023, I began writing extensively on senior care in the U.S. The aim was to help older adults and their families navigate the complicated U.S. healthcare system to find the right senior care option for their needs. My blog posts, how-to guides, and info pages have covered a range of subjects, including the types of care available, how individual facilities vary, and different financing options. While I still write about senior care, I also take on assignments covering any subject. I enjoy researching new topics and putting the information in a way that everyone can understand and learn from.
