Several years ago I launched a company that acquires small to mid-sized Shopify stores. The stores we bought range from making ~$300k to >$2mil a year (see Youtube channel for screenshares, key insights & learnings). Together with my team, I continue to operate those stores, having learned (the hard way) all the issues a Shopify store might face. I now want to share those insights with other Shopify store owners.
