I am a legal research, drafting, and litigation consultant with more than five years of experience working as an attorney and judicial law clerk in civil and criminal litigation. Boyd School of Law, graduating cum laude in the top 12% of my class. I was also inducted into the Scribes Association for Excellence in Legal Writing. I previously worked in civil litigation with De Castroverde Law Group and Raich Law and served as a judicial law clerk for the Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas, where I assisted the Court with complex civil matters, including multi-party personal injury and eminent-domain litigation. I also have experience in criminal litigation, including courtroom advocacy, motion practice, case analysis, and appellate matters. My broader litigation experience allows me to approach research and drafting assignments from the perspective of someone who has worked on matters from both the attorney and judicial sides.
