Delivered in 14 weeks. For the same company's operations team: running visits, nurses, and patient records across scattered tools meant no single source of truth for the business. I built the admin panel — one place for the team to assign nurses, track every visit's status, manage patient and clinical records, and keep operations visible end-to-end, instead of chasing updates across separate systems. For the same company's patient side: launching in-home IV therapy in Florida with no booking system meant lost patients and manual intake. I led product strategy and built MDHealthNow — a HIPAA-compliant patient portal where a patient can find a treatment, book it, pay, and complete medical intake before a nurse ever shows up, cutting the admin work down to what a physician actually needs to review. I also caught something competitors missed: a large Spanish-speaking market with no one serving it well, so we shipped bilingual support as a core feature, not an afterthought — opening a market segment the client wasn't otherwise going to reach.
