I don’t start with tools. I start with the bottleneck, then design the automation, AI agent, or integration that actually fixes it. You probably already have the pieces — a CRM, forms, calendars, inboxes, spreadsheets, maybe even an AI tool or two. The problem is that they often behave like strangers. The system can: ✓ answer inbound calls ✓ identify and register customers ✓ check real-time appointment availability ✓ book, reschedule, and cancel appointments ✓ prevent duplicate and double bookings ✓ update customer and call records automatically ✓ keep the database and calendar synchronized The important part is not simply that the agent can talk. It is connected to a complete business workflow, so the conversation results in real actions, accurate data, and a clear next step for the customer or team. You can see this project in my Upwork portfolio. ☘ HOW I WORK Once the bottleneck is clear, I map the process end to end — what triggers the workflow, where the data comes from, what each system needs to do, and where a human should step in. Then I build and connect the pieces, including the boring-but-critical parts: validation, retries, duplicate prevention, error handling, logging, and fallback paths. Before handoff, I test not only the happy path, but the awkward real-life cases too — missing data, duplicate records, API failures, reschedules, cancellations, or interrupted conversations.
