I help small businesses and growing teams organise their operations, manage information effectively, and keep everyday work running smoothly. As an Operations Assistant and Google Workspace Specialist, I support businesses with: - Google Workspace Management: Organising Google Drive, structuring shared folders, managing business documents, and creating clear systems for storing and retrieving information. - Tracking & Reporting: Building and maintaining Google Sheets trackers for tasks, projects, schedules, expenses, resources, and other operational activities. - Operations Coordination: Coordinating tasks, schedules, progress updates, and follow-ups to ensure important activities stay on track. - Process Documentation: Creating SOPs, process guides, and documentation that establish clear and consistent ways of working. - Workflow Improvement & Automation: Streamlining repetitive processes and connecting tools using platforms such as Make and Zapier. I focus on building practical systems around how a business actually operates, making information easier to access, responsibilities clearer, and routine processes easier to manage. If your business needs better-organised information, more structured processes, or reliable operational support, let's talk.
