I’m an Operations & Systems Assistant with hands-on experience supporting day-to-day operations, organizing information, and setting up systems that help teams keep track of their work. In my most recent role, I worked on Excel and Google Sheets, employee scheduling, production and labor tracking, automation, project tracking, reporting, and process documentation. I built and maintained systems for schedules, employee assignments, project tasks, production progress, hours and performance. I also have experience using GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Airtable, Notion, Canva, and Google Workspace. My previous work has also included CRM management, lead generation, bookkeeping support, research, data entry and general administrative tasks. I can help with operations and administrative support, Excel and Google Sheets, scheduling and project tracking, CRM management and automation, data organization and reporting, bookkeeping and financial data support, lead research and CRM updates, website and content updates, and process documentation and system maintenance. I’m comfortable learning new tools and figuring out how different systems work. I’m also used to working independently and keeping track of details without needing constant supervision. I’m looking for a long-term role where I can become familiar with the business, take ownership of my responsibilities, and help keep things organized and running smoothly.
