As the founder and operations coordinator of a health and wellness business, I applied that same precision to building systems from the ground up, CRM management, automated workflows, customer communication, and end-to-end client journey design. When something broke, there was no team to delegate to. I researched, built, tested, and fixed it myself. That environment taught me something no job description can: how to think like an operator, act like a founder, and communicate like a clinician, simultaneously.
