Louis L.

I'm a web developer with 20+ years experience in designing, building, and maintaining websites for small to medium-sized businesses. Whether it's a purely informational website, an online store, or a vehicle to advertise your services, I can design and build your project from start to finish. My projects have ranged anywhere from a custom online education platform with over 100 courses and 40,000 users to a product review website down to smaller projects for small companies and individuals. I'm comfortable taking projects all the way from design to build to launch on my own. I can build from scratch using HTML, CSS, and Javascript or in WordPress or another Content Management System. I've worked on many more complex projects in the roles of project manager, lead designer and front-end programmer. I can take the lead on wireframes, designs, and front-end programming in collaboration with programmers working on the back-end. Search engine optimization is part of every project I work on. Whether it's managing Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console for a custom built site or leveraging the Yoast plug-in for a WordPress website; I can advise on how to optimize content to increase search engine visibility. I have 15 years experience doing email marketing using custom HTML or customized templates. I also consult on tailoring lists and email content to specific audiences and offer analysis of previous mass email campaigns to help clients figure out what's working and what isn't. Tools I use: HTML; CSS; Javascript; Wordpress; Visual Studio Code; Bitbucket; Miro; Joomla; Photoshop; Illustrator; Constant Contact; Google SEO Tools: AdWords, Analytics, Search Console; and Squarespace.
