Amelia J.

Hi, I’m Amelia — a reliable Digital Assistant and Project Coordinator with 10+ years of experience supporting cross-border teams in Indonesia, Singapore, and other regions. I help nonprofits, small businesses, and mission-driven founders streamline their operations, manage content, and communicate clearly with their audiences. My background spans business analysis, stakeholder coordination, writing, translation (EN–ID), social media support, and digital project management. I’m also trained through the SGB VA program, including a real-client internship that strengthened my remote work systems and communication skills. Clients appreciate my calm execution, structured workflow, and ability to take tasks off their plate with minimal supervision. Whether you need help with content management, digital operations, research, communication, or day-to-day admin, I bring clarity, speed, and heart to every collaboration. What I bring to your team: • Operations & project coordination • Content writing and social media support • EN–ID translation & cultural adaptation • Research and documentation • Clear communication and dependable follow-through If you’re looking for a proactive, organized, and genuinely collaborative assistant for 10–15 hours per week, I’d love to support your work. Let’s build something meaningful together.
