I am a Senior Qualtrics Survey Engineer with over 13 years of experience supporting complex, large-scale research programs for global clients. I am comfortable working with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML within Qualtrics when standard functionality is not sufficient. While I am happy to start in a hands-on individual contributor role, I often help teams organically improve workflows, documentation, and standards as I work — mainly to reduce errors, speed up delivery, and make systems resilient even as people or requirements change.
