A 4 year old and a 7 year old are not reading the same kind of story, even if the words are simple enough for both. Most children's book ghostwriters and editors miss that distinction. If you are working on a children's book and need someone who understands not just how to write but who they are writing for or if your manuscript was written by AI and it shows: you are in the right place. I have worked with clients across the US, UK, and Australia, taking children's manuscripts from rough concept to publication-ready final draft. I bring both the creative voice of a ghostwriter and the structural eye of a developmental editor to every project. I hold a certificate of module completion from the UK Department for Education in Understanding Child Development and the EYFS, which sharpens my understanding of age appropriate pacing, complexity, and voice across every manuscript I touch. Children's Book Ghostwriting: Chapter books, middle grade novels, educational workbooks, fiction and nonfiction for ages 4 to 12. Developmental & Structural Editing: Manuscript assessment, story structure, character arc, pacing, age appropriate voice, line editing, proofreading. I do not just fix sentences. I fix stories. And I build every story around the specific child reading it. Let's get your manuscript where it needs to be. Send me a message and let's talk.
