As a network operations center engineer at Commerzbank AG for over nine years, I monitor and support the international network infrastructure of one of the largest banks in Europe. I report and resolve network issues, liaise with various departments, engineers, and service providers, and create knowledge base articles and training materials for my colleagues. I have a solid understanding of the OSI layer and the enterprise network standards, as well as experience with various software and monitoring/work tools, such as Stablenet, and IBM Dashboard, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, . I am also proficient in web-based application programming and database integration, which enables me to develop dynamic and user-friendly solutions for the network operations.
