I turn story ideas into finished video, with characters and backgrounds that look the same from the first shot to the last. Most AI video falls apart when a character's face, outfit or setting changes between scenes. Keeping them consistent is the part of the work I care most about. My process is idea-led. Before any frame is generated, I plan the story, design the characters and backgrounds, and build storyboard grids. Then I generate and direct each scene and clean it up by hand. I add fine detail and effects in Adobe After Effects, and finish in Adobe Premiere Pro with audio sync, music, sound effects and final polish. I come from a 2D animation background, so I can also fix and polish frames manually.
