Alex P.

I support international companies with reliable, behind-the-scenes administrative, research, and language-focused work—especially where precision, structure, and independent execution are essential. With 15+ years of experience in international environments, I specialize in supporting teams remotely through: international administrative assistance (documentation, coordination, structured follow-ups); research and analysis (market, content, educational or technical topics); German language services: translation, localization, editing, and quality assurance; asynchronous support for globally distributed teams. My background combines business administration, project coordination, and professional language work (German, English, Romanian, Spanish). I have worked extensively with international stakeholders, digital platforms, e-learning products, and multilingual content—often in roles that required high concentration, discretion, and autonomy rather than constant meetings. I am particularly effective in roles that involve: written communication instead of calls; clear tasks, processes, and documentation; independent, focused work with minimal supervision; long-term collaboration and back-office support. Clients value my structured thinking, reliability, and ability to translate complex information into clear, accurate outputs—whether that is administrative documentation, research summaries, localized content, or educational material. If you are looking for a calm, detail-oriented, and experienced remote professional who can quietly keep things running in the background, I would be glad to support your project.
